As well as looking after your home, we will maintain the security of your home whilst you are away by:
- Ensuring doors and windows are locked at night, curtains are drawn and, where appropriate, alarms are set.
- Post and Parcel Deliveries. Our home sitters will also handle post and any parcel deliveries. We can also contact you about any mail you need information about.
Landscaping / Plant Management
We will manage your landscaping team to make sure everything gets done the way you want while you’re away so your property stays in excellent condition.
If needed, we can also water your plants for you, keeping your home and garden looking fresh for your return.
Maintenance Support
If you have any maintenance work that needs doing while you’re away, we can lease with whoever is doing the work. We’ll give them access to the property and can keep you informed about the progress.

A home has a soul, of sorts. Making sure the house has plenty of fresh air and is not left neglected makes it feel better when you get back. We also like to send gratitude and aloha to the house and property and give it the care it deserves.
